Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Vision Care Specialist to join our team. As a first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Optometrists with pre-testing
  • Offering frame styling advice to customers
  • Dispensing glasses with various lens options

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, creating a memorable and personalized experience for each and every individual who walks through our doors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (optical experience highly desired)
