Job Title:

Business Development Manager

About the Role:
  • Achieving sales targets is a key priority for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new business in targeted markets.
  • Maintaining and growing existing business through effective management of key accounts is also a critical aspect of the job.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, decision-makers, end-users, and industry influencers is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end users, and industry influencers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales concepts
  • Keep accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty
  • Knowledge of document solutions and print channels including products such as copiers, printers, and scanners
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Minimum 4 years of account management or business development experience
  • Proven sales track record in IT or printing preferred
  • Good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services
  • Ability to manage customer expectations from start to finish of the sales process
  • Work well with others and support a small team to grow business
