Business Development Manager
About the Role:- Achieving sales targets is a key priority for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new business in targeted markets.
- Maintaining and growing existing business through effective management of key accounts is also a critical aspect of the job.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, decision-makers, end-users, and industry influencers is essential to success in this role.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end users, and industry influencers
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales concepts
- Keep accurate records and reporting
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty
- Knowledge of document solutions and print channels including products such as copiers, printers, and scanners
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Minimum 4 years of account management or business development experience
- Proven sales track record in IT or printing preferred
- Good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services
- Ability to manage customer expectations from start to finish of the sales process
- Work well with others and support a small team to grow business
