Senior Retail and Property Executive

Seeking an experienced retail and property professional to provide strategic leadership for our rail station assets.
About the Role- Develop and implement a retail strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Mitigate leasing risks and ensure operational continuity.
- Manage concession granting processes and contractual arrangements.
- Oversight of commercial agreements and tenant relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business growth initiatives.
- Drive commercial activations within retail precincts.
- Qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property and leasing management, with expertise in contractual relationships and KPI environments.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to articulate complex concepts around retail and property management.
- Effective budget management skills.
