Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in Nuclear Medicine and PET.

About the Role
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a wide range of Nuclear Medicine and PET examinations, maintaining imaging equipment through rigorous quality control procedures, and ensuring all administrative and clinical tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Diploma or Degree of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Technology) Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualifications recognised by the accreditation board of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM) are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing Nuclear Medicine and PET examinations and maintaining imaging equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information and test results.
  • Providing excellent patient care and communication skills.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of Nuclear Medicine procedures and experience in complex problem solving and decision making.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent patient care skills.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
