Nuclear Medicine Technologist Role

This role is vital in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services and ensuring patient-centred care.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of Nuclear Medicine examinations.
  • Maintaining imaging equipment through rigorous quality control procedures.
  • Ensuring all administrative and clinical tasks are completed to the highest standard.

To achieve this, we require candidates with strong skills in:

  • Diploma or Degree of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Technology) Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualifications.
  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) for Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration in Nuclear Medicine Practice.
  • Possess or eligible for NSW EPA radioactive substance licence S14 for use of radioactive substances for nuclear medicine technology.
