Workstream Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to drive transformation in our clinical practice.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Lead the Clinical Outcomes Workstream, driving improvements in residential aged care services.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver existing clinical initiatives while planning and implementing new solutions to address current pain points and meet future needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans with support from the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data analysts, and clinical staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and aged care colleagues.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications in Health, Public Health, Nursing and/or Aged Care (current AHPRA registration).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care, healthcare, home care or community care.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with ability to analyse data, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • A strong desire to drive change, deliver results and improve the quality of life for residents.
