Our organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Empowering Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be working with clients in group homes to support their independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a carer or DSP, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is also required.

Job Description

This Permanent Part Time vacancy involves working across our Casula and Warwick Farm locations, supporting clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs.

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence
  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids
  • Transporting clients in wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a carer or DSP, assistant in nursing, or in aged care
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
