**Analytics Lead Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our Information Technology team. This role will involve leading the Analytics function, providing strategic insights and driving scalable analytics solutions across the organisation.

**Job Description**

The Analytics Lead will be responsible for leading the Analytics Team, mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative environment. They will own and enhance the Power BI data model architecture and enterprise reporting, execute analytics strategy and build governance frameworks for advanced analytics.

  • Execute analytics strategy and build governance frameworks for advanced analytics including AI and machine learning
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading teams and delivering successful change initiatives
  • Proven previous experience in analytics solution design and development
  • Advanced skills in data modelling, R/Python, SQL, and Power BI
