Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective equipment and crew management strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage and update invoicing and forecasting spreadsheets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate personnel and payroll activities, including contractor tracking and talent management.
  • Utilize and update SGS's internal systems, including TalentForce and SGS server, to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Procure and review supplier pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials along the supply chain to meet operational demands.
  • Liaise with oil company representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure all corporate communications are conveyed to personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on well site operations.
  • Experience with inventory management, including equipment, parts, and spares.
  • Proven track record of success in Onshore Well Test, Slickline, and Well Integrity Service.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and operational reasons as required.
