Web Director Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Director to lead our Creative & Design team in delivering exceptional client results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel to the team and clients, ensuring the quality of work meets expectations, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Creative & Design team members, ensuring quality in the work delivered.
  • Work closely with the sales team in creating and presenting website audits, project briefs, and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Recruit and develop top-notch creatives and developers to maintain and grow our offering.
  • Built and maintain project delivery processes and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of preparing web and e-commerce project proposals with budgets ranging from $20k to $150k.
  • Expertise in web development as a thought leader for business development pitches.
  • Successful experience managing web development project teams.
  • Deep technical understanding of web design and e-commerce, including what drives great results in an agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills, and effective communication skills.
