Key Leadership Role for Web Development

This is a permanent opportunity based in the North Sydney suburb with a hybrid work arrangement.

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee all web-based development for our organisation, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating your team, driving the scope and architecture of our web projects, and continually looking for ways to improve processes, tools, and pipelines.

You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also work closely with technical leads to plan and execute projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management. This includes assigning tasks to team members, balancing competing priorities, and establishing efficient workflows.

In addition, you will need to have experience in people management, including leading and developing senior frontend and fullstack developers. You will also need to ensure that our web architecture is up-to-date and aligned with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-oriented solutions and driving business growth through innovative technology.
