Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This is a casual part-time role with flexible shift work, including afternoons, days, evenings, Mondays to Fridays, public holidays, and weekends.

This position involves providing support to clients with daily life activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance. You will assist clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker screening check
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Orientation Modules completed
  • COVID-19 Infection Control (Australian Government) training
  • A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

No formal qualifications are required, and additional training will be provided. We offer professional development assistance and a range of benefits, including bonus, overtime pay, penalty rates, and performance bonus.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality support to clients. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, and be willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
