Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across our customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly profit and loss statements and bridge reports for customer contracts.
  • Manage revenue and cost recognition, general ledger journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand financial drivers.
  • Support capital project tracking, asset capitalization, and purchase order processing.
  • Assist with annual planning, reforecasting, and system/process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting timetables.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and provide coverage across the finance team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion.
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, ideally in transport/logistics.
  • Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, TM1, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail.
