  • Experience with US business operations, policies, legal frameworks, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of customer base and market dynamics, capable of articulating value proposition.

  • Advanced analytical skills, proficient in Excel and BI tools.
  • Comfortable with management, business strategy, and finance, equivalent to an MBA level.
  • Experience working with Product or Go-To-Market teams.
  • Exposure to the development and regulatory approval of In-vitro diagnostics.
Benefits

Compensation includes a full-time salary of USD $120K–$160K (depending on experience), benefits, options package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for international travel and co-location in Australia.
