Front of House Manager

The ideal candidate for this Front of House Manager position will be highly skilled in creating an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operations, including hosting, serving, and cash handling.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of service quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient food delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent hospitality background.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is an asset.
