Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

Are you passionate about delivering person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes?

This role involves travelling between clients' homes and assisting them with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing high-quality support.

  • ">
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation">
  • Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments">
  • Supporting customers in the use of aids including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs">
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress">
  • Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required">
  • Perform work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator">
  • Services are generally between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday to Friday">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance">
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate">
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)">
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence">
  • Reliable, registered and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)">
  • Smartphone with internet access">
