About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Home Care Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements, including domestic assistance, social support, and transportation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting on progress
  • Participating in team meetings and attending training as required
  • Working under the supervision of the Care Coordinator
Requirements:
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
