**About the role**

We are seeking Casual Support Workers looking to make a difference in the everyday lives of residents within the Sutherland Shire.

Our hours of work are spread across all 7 days of the week, depending on your availability, with our busiest times being in the mornings and in the afternoons during weekdays.

You will be given a weekly roster with the opportunity for additional shifts according to last-minute service requests made by clients and primary caregivers.

**About you**

While experience and qualification(s) in community service are desirable, more important is possessing a kind, hard-working nature. If you are a passionate person, are willing to obtain a certificate III or higher in Community Services (or similar) and have a strong work ethic, we will help you gain the experience you need to become a high-performing support worker.

For this position you will be required to have an NSW Driver's licence and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring that your vehicle is insured. You will also be required to have an NDIS clearance check (or willingness to obtain) and a Working With Children's Check.

COVID-19 considerations:
All workers in our company are required to have had 3 doses of one of the covid vaccinations (dose 1, dose 2 and booster).
