Job Summary

This role oversees the administration and management of a customer feedback program, ensuring seamless operational relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining day-to-day operational connections with our strategic partner and key business stakeholders.
  • Interpreting and synthesizing customer insights to track and report measures such as satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to collect and analyze customer feedback for process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end VoC research projects, including metric development, benchmarking, and implementation.
  • Practical knowledge of VoC survey platforms; InMoment expertise is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills in synthesizing diverse data sets and presenting actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated capacity to design, lead, and manage programs independently with minimal supervision.
