
Frontline Reception and Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our reception areas, providing administrative support to our Subacute medical clinics and community rehabilitation clinicians.
This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, working with various computer programs and supporting a diverse team. If you have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues alike
- Ensure accurate and timely management of waitlists and medical clinic records
- Support the RAPPS team with front-desk duties, including greeting clients and managing phone calls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or similar environment
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and/or DMR
