We are a busy veterinary practice located in Neutral Bay, Sydney. Our team is enthusiastic and friendly, and we are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join us.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Have a basic understanding of animal care and be able to triage patients over the phone
  • Assist clients with purchasing products and food
  • Familiarity with Ezyvet software is advantageous

We are seeking an energetic and positive individual who can maintain a calm and professional demeanor. Confidence and excellent communication skills are essential. If you have experience in the industry or are willing to learn quickly, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Roster

This position shares a roster with our nursing staff, requiring 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am - 2pm) on duty.
