As a key player in our gas calibration laboratory, you play a vital role in ensuring accurate lab operations comply with ISO 17025 standards.

Job Description

You will perform gas laboratory measurements, reporting, and documentation according to ISO 17025 and legal regulations. This includes coordinating calibration of laboratory and production equipment, issuing certificates of conformance, identifying and quarantining non-conforming products, equipment, or materials, investigating root causes of testing, calibration, or quality issues, implementing corrective actions, compiling and reporting test results and statistics promptly, supporting daily operations, documentation, and duty coordination, and assisting with external audits and maintaining internal audit systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laboratory Measurements: Perform gas laboratory measurements, reporting, and documentation according to ISO 17025 and legal regulations.
  • Equipment Calibration: Coordinate calibration of laboratory and production equipment, including issuing certificates of conformance.
  • Quality Control: Identify and quarantine non-conforming products, equipment, or materials.
  • Investigation and Implementation: Investigate root causes of testing, calibration, or quality issues; implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Compile and report test results and statistics promptly.
  • Daily Operations: Support daily operations, documentation, and duty coordination.
  • Audits and Compliance: Assist with external audits and maintain internal audit systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with entry-level experience in a calibration and testing laboratory role. A strong background in quality standards and best practices is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively across functions. High motivation, a 'can-do' attitude, and attention to detail are a must. A diploma qualification in Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
