This permanent part-time role involves supporting individuals with disabilities as they transition to adulthood. You will empower them by building essential life skills, boosting confidence, and strengthening community connections.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Certificate 4 in a related discipline, preferably youth work or human services qualifications.
  • Previous experience as a youth worker within a disability context with demonstrated trauma-informed care.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using word processing, excel, and outlook software.
  • Ability to hold or obtain necessary certifications and checks.

Availability is required for a minimum of 2 sleepovers per week, and you must be willing to work across a variety of shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekends.
