Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop practical risk management plans.
  • Provide tailored psychosocial support and interventions, focusing on skill development and social connection.
  • Collaborate with clients and their support networks to deliver effective care.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders involved in client care.
Requirements
  • Degree level qualifications in counselling/ psychology/ social work or a related discipline.
  • Experience in developing, managing and implementing change plans for clients with mental health difficulties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other professionals in a multi-disciplinary team.
