Job Summary

This exciting permanent position is for an Electroconvulsive Therapy Registered Nurse who will practice and promote safe, efficient, and effective nursing care for people experiencing mental health problems.

  • Link and collaborate across internal and external boundaries of a clinical unit/service.

Requirements

  • Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge, and ability relevant to the mental health service.
  • Demonstrated clinical problem-solving skills to maximise patient care.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Participation in a seven-day rotating roster including public holiday and night duty.
