HCM Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HCM functional support consultant to join our team. As an HCM consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Human Capital Management processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement configuration changes to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor HR workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Support payroll applications, including payroll processing, master data management, and reporting.
  • Create and manage wage types in SAP HR.
  • Assist with workforce planning support, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Train staff on SAP HR functionalities, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes.
  • Stay updated on SAP HR best practices and trends to improve support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP HR functional support.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, HR workflows, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and incident response capabilities.
  • Experience configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Australian citizenship for security clearance eligibility.
