Client Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional service and maximizing customer experience to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in the Contact Centre.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and actively manage client relationships.
  • Assist with client inquiries aligned with our service offerings and liaise with key relationships.
  • Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers.
  • Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
  • Answer calls from key advisers and service their needs, including adviser and dealer group administration.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Energized by resolving questions and supporting clients through outstanding phone interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective engagement with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
