Job Title

The Client Delivery Project Manager is a key position in the Client Enablement and Product Optimisation Team.

This role requires high project management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.

The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional client experience through the implementation of Cuscal's broad solutions.

  • Act as the main point of communication with the client, providing regular reporting on progress and all other forms of project communication and engagement.
  • Demonstrate senior-level customer and stakeholder management skills with Clients, Vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams, hold regular check-ins to ensure timely delivery, and manage customer expectations for deliverables.
  • Support Client Partnership Management and Business Development Managers in managing customer expectations.
  • Hold teams accountable to their commitments, working to remove or escalate any roadblocks to their work.

The successful candidate will contribute to pre-project processes such as proposals and business cases, and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the client implementation and onboarding experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in project management, ideally adhering to a recognised methodology – Agile.
  • 3+ years' experience in ICT and/or business change implementations environment.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a multi-client service environment.
  • Proven financial experience to track, monitor, and communicate project budgets.
  • Proven experience in tracking, monitoring, and communicating project schedules using MS-Project and/or Jira.
