Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our products, including ale, lager, merlot and shiraz. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert advice on our range of local and imported brands, and ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and passion for the liquor industry in a dynamic work environment. Our company is committed to delivering excellent customer service and providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Providing expert advice on our products
  • Engaging with customers and building strong relationships
  • Working on your feet for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg)
  • Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate requirements
