Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Expert to join our team. As a Beverage Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and making recommendations from the menu.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Make informed recommendations from the menu to enhance the customer experience
  • Take orders using the Point of Sale system
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Holding a current RSA certificate is mandatory
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
