About the role
The Learning Coordinator provides critical support to the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This role requires experience in coordinating and supporting learning programs for diverse audiences.
About you
You will possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, to provide efficient and professional communication links between internal and external stakeholders.
Essential requirements for this role
- Be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check
- Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies), or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
- Experience in coordinating and supporting learning programs for diverse audiences.
Key knowledge and experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, including learner administration, program management, and reporting
- Proficiency in creating and updating intranet content using SharePoint.
