The University of New South Wales is a leader in engineering research and education, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Teaching Support Administration Officer.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Faculty's teaching and learning activities, working closely with the Deputy Dean (Academic), the Associate Head (Education), and Course Convenors to ensure the success of our students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Faculty's teaching and learning activities, including course coordination and student services
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures, including those related to teaching and learning
  • Collaborating with staff to achieve Faculty goals and objectives
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant degree and experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Highly developed organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative as needed
