Job Title: Security Operations Leader

The Security Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing and guiding hospital security teams in delivering exceptional security services. They will provide strategic support to the Security Manager in managing the Security Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of security professionals to ensure effective delivery of security services.
  • Collaborate with the Security Manager to develop and implement operational strategies for the Security Department.
  • Maintain situational awareness throughout the hospital to identify potential security risks and threats.
  • Design and execute proactive security protocols and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Partner with other departments to foster a cohesive and integrated approach to security and safety.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • National Security License 1A.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of security professionals in a complex work environment.
  • Proven expertise in providing security and customer service in a diverse client base environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and complete all patrols and security tasks during the shift.
  • Knowledge and experience with alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV, and Fire Safety procedures including fire indication panels.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in report writing, shift logs, and data entry.
