SHE & Safety Manager (Health, Environment, and Security)

Role Overview
The SHE & Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes managing SHE requirements, implementing Corporate Compliance programs, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage local Safety, Health, Environment, and Security programs.
- Implement Corporate Compliance programs and align with business operations.
- Accountable for SHE & Security aspects of the local business, including regulatory compliance.
- Manage annual SHE & Security plans and budgets.
- Oversee administrative duties, training, audits, and emergency response plans.
- Act as local security responsible (LSR) and represent management to local authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary level qualifications or equivalent in Supply Chain, Management, Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy-industry, Food, or Beverage.
- Experience in SHE Systems, legislation, and SafeWork Requirements.
- Knowledge of SHE, Security, Management skills, and group training practices.
- Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Presentation, and Reporting.
