SHE & Security Manager (Risk, Compliance & Quality)

Job Title: SHE & Security Manager
Location: Remote Opportunity
The SHE & Security Manager will oversee the development and implementation of site SHE Programs to ensure a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes managing SHE Requirements across various chapters to meet corporate standards, including global reporting, training, and leadership standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage local SHE & Security programs as part of the Site Management Team.
- Implement Corporate Compliance programs locally and align with dsm-firmenich Business operations.
- Accountable for SHE & Security aspects of the local business, including regulatory compliance and development of new strategies.
- Manage annual SHE & Security plans and budgets in coordination with dsm-firmenich Food Specialties BG plans.
- Oversee administrative duties, training, audits, and emergency response plans related to SHE&S.
- Act as local security responsible (LSR) and represent dsm-firmenich management to local authorities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Tertiary level qualifications or equivalent in Supply Chain, Management, Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience (> 10 years) in a manufacturing environment (preferably heavy-industry, Food, or Beverage).
- Experience (> 5 years) in SHE Systems, legislation, and SafeWork Requirements.
- Knowledge of SHE, Security, Management skills, and group training practices.
- Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Presentation, and Reporting.
