Job Title: Safety, Health, and Environment Manager

Location: Moorebank, Australia

The Safety, Health, and Environment Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes managing site SHE programs, implementing corporate compliance programs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local Safety, Health, Environment, and Security programs
  • Implement corporate compliance programs and align with business operations
  • Accountable for SHE & Security aspects of the local business
  • Manage annual SHE & Security plans and budgets
  • Oversee administrative duties, training, audits, and emergency response plans

You Bring:

  • Tertiary level qualifications or equivalent in Supply Chain, Management, Science, or related field
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in SHE Systems, legislation, and SafeWork Requirements
  • Knowledge of SHE, Security, Management skills, and group training practices
  • Strong Communication skills
