Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team at Indooroopilly. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the RoleThe Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing staffing needs, and ensuring smooth delivery of our Customer Value Proposition. You will motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leaving them feeling empowered and confident in their abilities.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless clinic operations, optimize staffing levels, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, exceed client expectations, and foster loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Business Growth: Drive profitability and expansion, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in Beauty (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy)
- Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry
