About the Role

As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing staffing needs, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed client expectations, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), leaving them feeling empowered and motivated.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations, manage staffing needs, and ensure optimal coverage.

Requirements
  • Formal qualification in Beauty (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  • Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and results.
