Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant, leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, and improving guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team within a high-volume hospitality environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and possessing excellent communication skills. You'll be passionate about inspiring, leading, and developing your team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead the team during busy service periods, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Develop and implement effective crew training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
