We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our financial reporting functions across multiple brands, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reports on time and within budget.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be accountable for the entirety of the financial reporting function, including managing a team and owning all aspects of financial reporting.

They will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and drive team priorities and support the steering of both finance and business units.

Our goal is to reduce the complexity of our financial reporting operations by implementing best practice principles, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and lead a team to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes.
  • To provide guidance and support to junior team members and help them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and a qualified CA/CPA (or equivalent).
  • Experience leading teams in a significant global entity or a large, complex domestic business with multiple subsidiaries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with limited direction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certifications such as CMA or CFA.
  • Experience working with financial systems and software.
