Commercial Real Estate Law Professional

About the Role:

Dentons is a global law firm with a strong presence in commercial real estate. Our team operates at the forefront of the industry, working with market-leading initiatives and technology both locally and internationally.

Our practice focuses on complex property deals for clients across various aspects of commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals of commercial property, and property developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases, and complex leasing arrangements
  • Develop expertise in complex developments and titling
  • Help clients expedite the development process and effectively manage contractual and commercial risk
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to support training & development programs offered internally

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, residential developments, sales, and acquisitions
  • Have an exacting nature with a high regard for quality-driven outcomes and a 'challenge accepted' growth mindset
  • Be a strong communicator who enjoys preparing and delivering presentations to clients
  • Seek a friendly, supportive, and genuine work environment where you will be a mentor to junior members of the team while being mentored by passionate and dedicated partners
