Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to join our team, specialising in delivering best-in-class risk transfer solutions for Councils primarily within Victoria.

This role is focused on retaining and growing a portfolio of Council clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely and accurate advice across a range of insurance products. Key responsibilities include identifying risk opportunities, designing servicing solutions, and shaping the strategic direction within the portfolio.

Key achievements will be based on renewal and new business targets for both mutual and insurance products.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of general or financial lines insurance broking experience
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems, strategically plan, and be agile where needed
  • Full and valid Drivers license and own vehicle
