Job Title: Transfer Pricing Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to manage client portfolios, ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, and develop strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance requirements for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, including those involving complex financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Manage firm-related administrative tasks, including billings and risk management, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities and support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA / CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
