Job Opportunity

We seek a Transfer Pricing Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients and provide timely and accurate delivery of advice.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build advisory expertise while making a meaningful impact for clients. You will oversee compliance requirements, design and implement transfer pricing strategies, collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Design and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, including those involving complex financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and monitor operational transfer pricing processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members, supporting their growth and maintaining workflow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify advisory opportunities and support clients on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Assist clients during ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes, coordinating with local and international stakeholders.

Requirements

You must have:

  • Minimum 4 years of transfer pricing experience in a global accounting firm and/or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and Australian transfer pricing regulations.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
  • Ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships.
