Role Overview

As a valued Educator at C&K Oxley Childcare Centre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of children in our care. This is a fantastic opportunity to fully immerse yourself in your passion for teaching, make a lasting impact, and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
  • Nurture play-based learning, fostering a life-long love of learning, and encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Work Environment

We welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week from 7:00am to 6:30pm. Our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child, with a large natural outdoor area for exploration and play.
