Geotechnical professionals play a vital role in shaping our built environment. As a Geotechnical Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing ground conditions to ensure the stability and safety of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand and define project requirements.
  • Develop site investigation plans and oversee laboratory testing programs to provide accurate geotechnical data.
  • Design and implement site safety management strategies to mitigate risks during investigation works.
  • Analyse field and laboratory data to deliver reliable geotechnical assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports and contribute to client engagement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and industry-standard software such as LPile, Plaxis, and Auto CAD.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a focus on large infrastructure or buildings projects.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver solutions under limited supervision.
  • A proactive and client-focused attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships and support team development.
