Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role that involves reviewing mine plans and providing geotechnical inputs to the planning schedule. The successful candidate will provide advice to the business to ensure risks are communicated, managed and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review mine plans and provide geotechnical inputs to the planning schedule
* Provide advice to the business to ensure risks are communicated, managed and controlled
* Conduct daily production tasks relating to geotechnical engineering, including geotechnical monitoring analysis and QA/QC
* Conduct geotechnical inspections and issue rehab plans
* Produce daily seismic analysis and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil or equivalent
* Previous Underground experience (desirable)
* Practical experience/vacation time deemed advantageous
* Knowledge of Deswik and Map3D or equivalent software
* Personal drive to succeed in your work
