Job Title: Coordinator Building Maintenance Support

The Facilities, Fleet and Depot Stores Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead core support functions underpinning the performance and delivery of its operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead and manage teams responsible for building maintenance support, contract management and facilities planning.
  • • Drive improvements in contract performance, work order triage, financial processes and service workflows.
  • • Develop clear processes and tools to enhance team performance and customer responsiveness.
  • • Oversee governance and risk controls across contract management, procurement and maintenance reporting.
  • • Guide the development of asset data insights and lifecycle planning through facilities planning functions.
  • • Coach and support team leaders and officers to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
  • • Provide operational briefings, insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within service delivery or infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in contract governance, procurement compliance and asset planning.
