The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by prioritizing the customer experience, offering excellent product knowledge and ensuring seamless transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products using available tools to share that knowledge with customers
  • Contributing to the smooth store operations by effectively managing stock and loss prevention
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and presenting the store in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Embodying Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to achieve results
