Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer in the women's fashion industry, who have been recognized for their exceptional customer service and styling expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional styling and customer service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and styling tips to customers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assisting with the training, development, and succession of the sales team
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and being a brand ambassador for the label
  • Creating and ensuring superior visual merchandising standards within the store
